						Directions:
						In large bowl, combine cauliflower, bell pepper, cucumber, sausage and Italian dressing; mix well.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Alternately thread sausage and vegetables onto skewers;  Discard remaining marinade and serve at once.
